Cast Iron Jolly Bank W/ Top Hat - A large heavy bank, you place the coin in his hand, then pull the lever in the back and the hand raises to his mouth and deposits the coin, while his eyes roll back in his head. The back of the band says "Jolly". Measures 8" tall. There is a rubber stopper in the bottom of the bank.
